I pulled down the SQL Server 2012 package.
However, when I go into C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\ there is no folder namedClickOnce Bootstrapper\Packages
Inside the Microsoft SDKs folder, there is just the following subfolders:
Microsoft Sync Framework
RIA Services
Silverlight
Windows
I'm not sure if I'm supposed to create the subfolder or not.
However, I will examine the documents you provided. Thank you
